Whitey Harrell trial to begin again

Whitey Harrell's trial for not filing state income tax returns was originally scheduled for late June, 2008. His attorney had a heart attacked and was hospitalized causing the trial to be delayed. The trial is scheduled to begin at 9 am this morning in Logan County, Illinois.
