Whitey Harrell's trial was supposed to start on June 23. However, because of his attorney's health problems and being hospitalized, the trial has been rescheduled for October 20, 2008.
Looks like God is still timing things in Whitey's favor - not that He made the lawyer sick - but timed it perfectly. Praying the state will drop charges in lieu of previous acquittal.
